Terms & cancellation

Last updated August 2026.

The nature of the service

Interview Table provides career and interview coaching. Coaching sharpens your positioning, preparation and performance, but it is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, including a job offer, promotion or interview invitation. Coaching is not legal, financial, immigration or medical advice, and you should seek a suitably qualified professional for those.

Booking and payment

Self-paced products are payable in full at the point of purchase. 1:1 and group coaching packages are payable in full, or by an agreed instalment plan, before or at the start of the engagement, as confirmed in writing at booking. Bespoke senior leadership engagements are scoped and priced individually, with terms confirmed in writing before work begins.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, at Interview Table's discretion, reflecting the time reserved for you.

If you wish to cancel a full programme before it begins, notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the agreed start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, or after coaching has begun, are assessed case by case and may be subject to a partial refund reflecting work already completed and time already reserved.

Refunds

Self-paced digital products are non-refundable once accessed, given the nature of digital delivery. For live coaching packages, refunds are handled as set out under Cancellation and rescheduling above. If something isn't working for you partway through a programme, get in touch: the priority is fixing it, not enforcing a policy.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in a coaching session, and any document you share, is treated as confidential and is not passed on or referenced elsewhere without your permission. See our Privacy & cookies page for how personal information is handled.

Liability

Interview Table provides coaching in good faith and with reasonable skill and care, but does not accept liability for hiring decisions made by third-party employers, or for any outcome of an application, assessment or interview process, since these are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

This page is a plain-language summary of our terms and is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, and specific engagement terms will always be confirmed with you in writing before coaching begins.
