Who we are
Interview Table is a sole-trader coaching practice based in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact info@interviewtable.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, career stage, what you want to achieve, and, if you choose to provide it, a LinkedIn URL. If you request the free Launch Method guide, we collect your first name, email address and career stage so we can send it. If you tick the optional box on that form, we also use your email address to send an occasional note when a new Both Sides article is published; you can stop those at any time by replying or emailing info@interviewtable.co.uk. If you go on to become a client, we collect the further information needed to deliver coaching, such as your CV and details of the roles or organisations you're applying to.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to deliver any resource you've requested, and, if you become a client, to provide coaching services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to running this coaching practice.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry and client information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and delivering the service you've asked for. Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months if no engagement follows. Client information is kept for the duration of the coaching engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
The contact form and the free guide request form are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our mailbox at Zoho Mail (hosted in the EU), and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google's servers when a page loads and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated in advance and, where required, you'll be asked for consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email info@interviewtable.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
