Three graduates. Six confirmed offers. The same process, every time.

These are the real outcomes the method is built from, named with permission, and the reason the same method is now offered to professionals and senior leaders too.

Teaching

Riya

The situation: A business management and marketing graduate who wanted to move into teaching, without a background or training route already mapped out.

What we worked on: Working out whether teaching was the right fit, then a full CV and application rebuild for Teach First, practice for the selection tests, and repeated mock interviews ahead of the real thing.

The outcome: Accepted onto Teach First, and now a fully qualified teacher of three years' standing. When the time came to move roles, the same process, CV refresh, application, tests, interview prep, was repeated to help secure a second teaching role in Manchester.

  • Teach First: application, tests, interview prep
  • Now qualified, three years in the profession
  • Second role secured using the same process
Engineering

Tara

The situation: A university student approaching her third year, needing a placement year to strengthen her degree and give her real industry experience.

What we worked on: CV and application preparation, aptitude test practice, and interview coaching, followed later by the SC clearance paperwork required for a graduate role at a government-adjacent employer.

The outcome: Secured a third-year placement at BMW Mini. On graduating, the same process, CV, application, tests, interview prep, was used again to secure a graduate role at CGI, this time with SC clearance paperwork guided alongside it.

  • Placement year secured at BMW Mini
  • Graduate role secured at CGI
  • SC clearance paperwork guided end to end
Technology

Meghna

The situation: A software engineering graduate looking for her first role in a competitive technical job market, then, a year later, ready to move on to a bigger opportunity.

What we worked on: CV and application positioning for technical roles, interview preparation, and, a year later, the same process repeated for her move, including SC clearance paperwork for her new role.

The outcome: Secured her first software engineering role, then, a year later, a move to CGI using the same CV, application and interview process.

  • First software engineering role secured
  • Move to CGI a year later
  • SC clearance paperwork guided end to end

These three are the clearest, most provable results: family and colleagues' children, tracked over several years, with permission to name them. The same Discover, Position, Prepare, Perform method is now also offered to professionals changing roles or chasing a promotion, and to senior leaders navigating an executive-level move, drawing on the same 25+ years of senior hiring experience. Those tracks are newer, so this page will be updated with named results as soon as there's one ready to publish.
