The method

Discover. Position. Prepare. Perform.

Four stages, one method, applied at whatever stage you're at, from a first graduate role to a director-level move. Built from what actually works, not a generic template.

01

Discover

Before a CV gets touched, there's a conversation about what you're actually good at, what you enjoy, and what's realistic given your background and goals. Most people skip straight to applying without this step, whatever stage they're at, and end up applying broadly and vaguely.

You leave with: a clear, short list of target roles worth pursuing.

02

Position

A full rebuild of your CV, cover letter, application form answers and LinkedIn profile, tailored to the specific roles from the Discover stage rather than a generic all-purpose CV.

You leave with: a rebuilt CV, LinkedIn profile, and one to two tailored applications ready to send.

03

Prepare

The stage that's almost always skipped over, whatever level you're at: numerical, verbal and situational judgement test practice, assessment centre and group exercises for graduate and early-career roles, case studies and presentations for professional moves, and board or panel readiness for senior leadership positions.

You leave with: a completed practice test bank with feedback, and a readiness checklist for what's ahead, whether that's an assessment centre, a panel or a boardroom.

04

Perform

Mock interviews run properly, with feedback from someone who has sat on the interviewer's side of the table, plus work on handling nerves and difficult questions, through to weighing up an actual offer.

You leave with: a recorded mock interview with feedback, and a framework for deciding on any offer that comes in.
